Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Bullie Labs handles returns, refunds, and other resolution options.
Because some items may be time-sensitive, customized, digital, or otherwise non-returnable, we maintain a limited-return approach
and handle issues case-by-case when appropriate.
No returns
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or a service/digital delivery has been completed.
All sales are generally considered final unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund options
Store credit (standard option):
When a refund is approved, we may issue store credit to your Bullie Labs account (or provide a credit code) that can be applied
toward future purchases. Unless stated otherwise, store credit does not expire.
Refund to original payment method (exception):
In certain situations, we may refund to the original payment method. If a refund is processed back to the original method,
a processing fee may apply to cover payment provider costs (for example, up to $25, where applicable).
Any such fee would be deducted from the refunded amount.
Note: Some payment methods (such as crypto or other irreversible transfers) may only be eligible for store credit when a refund is approved.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

We will review your request and may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.
Please include:
- Photos of the product and the packaging
- Your order number (or proof of purchase)
- A brief description of the issue
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where the law requires a remedy (for example, for defective items or items not as described), we will comply.
