By accessing the Services or purchasing from us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may collect and process

Electronic communications: When you provide an email address, you consent to receive communications electronically.
Service notices are considered delivered when sent (unless we receive an error notice).

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullie Labs disclaims
all warranties—express or implied—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullie Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption).

Where liability cannot be excluded, Bullie Labs’ total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to us
for the relevant Services in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum required by law, if higher).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bullie Labs (and its officers, employees, and partners) from claims, damages,
losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms,
or your infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination and enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the Services in a way that
could cause harm. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to us.

If your account is terminated, you remain responsible for charges incurred before termination and for obligations that should reasonably
survive termination (such as indemnification and limitation of liability).

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Bullie Labs is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any dispute will be brought in the courts with proper jurisdiction over Bullie Labs, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also revise these Terms.
If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
